Down 5-3, the Lions of Narragansett came roaring back with a five-run rally in the top of the seventh inning.

Jason Fera made his way on base via an error and then moved to third on consecutive hits by James Marsella and Colin Masseur. Then, Colin Leclerc singled to left driving in the tying runs.

With runners on second and third, Phil Ruhle doubled over the right fielders head driving in two more runs. Ruhle got thrown at third for the second out trying to stretch his double into a triple on a nice relay play by the Avengers.

Eddie Blessing then tripled to left center field and was driven in by Harry Loud who singled to right center field.

Leading the way for the Lions were Eddie Blessing (three hits), Harry Loud (three rbi’s), Robert Gamelin (two hits) and Colin Leclerc (two hits).
